Larry Fugate passed away on March 9, 2016 in Las Vegas. He had been in poor health for a few years.  When he went to Las Vegas, over 30 years ago, he got a job as a guard in a very high end exclusive prison for sons, brothers, etc. of foreign diplomats who committed petty crimes in this county and didn't have diplomatic immunity.  Later he became a dealer in Harrah’s.  While in Las Vegas he met Joyce, they were together 28 years, never married and had no children.
