Attended Bowling Green State University. Major Fine Arts and Graphics. Studied art on intern-program in France, Italy and England. Worked in Advertising for 20 years. Studied art in France, italy and England Attended Eastern Washington University. post graduate work in recreational therapuetic studies. CTRS, Certified Therapuetic Recreational Specialists, work for 22 years with major healthcare injuries and diseases in hospital and facilities help in individuals reconstruct positive life skill thru recreational, art and music. Currently train and teach in hospitals and facilities. Also part-time Chaplan Volunteer at hospitals at recovery injuries and disease patients.
Currently do vocational training for people employees in Healthcare Fields to help with behavior and lifestyle issues.

Enjoy travels with husband. Have scuba dived and snockeled in Florida Keys, Gulf of Mexico, Honduras, and Hawaian Islands, Burmuda and Bahamas.

Continue to paint and watercolor plaine aire artwork and enter shows. Past time play harmonica and violin.
Swimming and walking

Loved art classes with Shirely Lewellen. She taught us art history, art theory and art techniques. Did great career guidance for professional art careers and art therapy careers. And influenced my life career path. She set up silk screen projects so the art club could make money to purchase other art supplies. Got us involved in painting the Berea store fronts at Holloween. She was positive and used great motivational skills in helping every one to succeed. Including athletic football students who coaches need students to get an easy A. But no one got an easy A. She helped everyone understand art and life skills to over come what they thought they could not do. She help many student go to the Cooper School of Art and the Western Reserve Institute of art at the Cleveland Museum. She was more than an art teacher. Several of us attended her wedding in high school and continued to communicate with her until her death from cancer. She was a wonderful teacher and friend.
