50th Reunion Information
BEREA HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1966
50th REUNION
We invite you to join us for the 50th Reunion of the BHS Class of 1966 to be held the weekend of October 14-15, 2016.
Reunion festivities begin on Friday night with a Southwestern Conference football match-up of the Berea-Midpark Titans and the North Olmsted Eagles at 7:00 P.M. at George Finnie Stadium. Tickets may be purchased for the Senior rate of $4 at the gate. Later that evening, a casual gathering will take place at Damon’s Grill, 17887 Bagley Road, Middleburg Hts. From 8:00 – 11:00 P.M. Complimentary admission to this event is included with the cost of registration, which is $55 per person, for the Saturday evening reunion dinner. If only attending on Friday night, an ala carte charge is $10.00 per person.
On Saturday, during the day, you are free to explore the area on your own. You may want to make a visit to downtown Berea or downtown Cleveland to see some of the wonderful changes that have taken place over the past few years. Check out: thisiscleveland.com.
On Saturday night, we will celebrate our reunion at the Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel Orion Ballroom with cocktails at 6:00 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m. An Ohio theme buffet will feature local foods (with vegetarian options) and even a Buckeye pie. Parking at the Sheraton (which is located on the premises of Cleveland Hopkins Airport CLE) is included with the cost of the reunion dinner. Please park in sections 9 or 10 of the Sheraton lot nearest Rt. 237. Enter through the back doors, which are handicap-accessible. Nice, but not formal, attire for this event. Cash bar for the evening.
